Wall decals come with a paper backing and a frosty translucent paper - transfer tape. They can be cut with scissors to customize their look further.

Made of the highest quality interior safe self-adhesive wall vinyl. It can be applied to any smooth surface such as walls, glass, furniture, appliances and more.
