Packages are generally dispatched within one week, most in 3 business days or less
after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post. As soon as
your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking
details.
Decall.ca cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you're in a hurry to
receive an order, please leave a message when you place an order, and
we'll do our best to get it shipped off ASAP!
If your order comes back 'return to sender', we will either refund
the cost of the item minus shipping and the restocking fee, or you can
pay to have it re-shipped.
Shipments within North America are sent by Expedited Parcel with a
tracking number through Canada Post and are delivered within 1 - 7
business days depending on which Province you reside.
Please also add 2 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped from Markham, Ontario.
Canada Post requires that we wait until the guaranteed arrival date has
passed. At that time, we will place a service ticket for your lost
order. The investigation process usually takes another 30 days.

Yes, Decallca will re-ship your order once it is returned
by Canada Post to us. The customer will be responsible for paying the
additional reshipping cost, plus a return shipping fee.
These costs will be determined at the time of re-shipping the order as shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order.
Always check your confirmation email for any errors, and
contact us immediately. However, if you do not, we will re-ship
your order once you have returned the incorrect product, at your
expense, to us. Once we receives the returned product, we will
reship the correct product. The customer will be responsible for paying
the additional reshipping cost, plus a restocking fee. These costs will
be determined at the time of re-shipping the order as shipping costs are
determined by the weight of the order. If the error has been made
by us and we have inadvertently shipped the incorrect product,
we will reship the correct order to the customer at no expense.
