Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for all items to be designed, assembled and packaged BEFORE your order is shipped. Purchasing a shipping upgrade does NOT speed up the production time.

★SHIPPING/DELIVERY★

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and customs clearance (if applicable).

Estimated delivery speed:
- Canada: 2 - 7 business days
- USA: 5 - 10 business days
- Everywhere else: 2 weeks - 4 weeks

We cannot guarantee delivery times unless you purchase a shipping upgrade. Although leaving your event date in the notes section when checking out is extremely helpful and appreciated, this will not affect when your item is received. We do not issue refunds in the case that your item was not received in time for your event, it is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the item well in advance, giving appropriate time for processing and estimated delivery times.
